Five medals were won by Ukrainian runners with Bulgarian bicycles DRAG in the Youth European road cycling cup, category U23 in Ankara, Turkey 15 to July 18.
Anna Solovey became an European champion for Junior in the individual per suit of 13.5 kilometers with an achievement of 17:42 minutes.
She finished with a lead of more than half a minute.
Another two Ukrainians – Kateryna Zavala and Mariana Russu finished 6 th and 22 nd respectively in this discipline.
Ukraine ranked in the second place in the team standings.
Lesia Kalitovska won the silver in the womens’ 121.5 kilometers equaling the winner’s time of 3:08:21. Elizaveta Oshurkova came in 6th, 6 seconds behind the winner, Valeriya Kononenko finished 26 th, Anna Nahirna-35th and Tetiana Ryabchenko-38th.
Ukraine became the Team Champion.
Lesia Kalitovska took the sixth place in the individual run per suit for women.
Tetiana Ryabchenko and Valeriya Kononenko were 15th and 17th respectively.
Ukraine ranked 3rd in the team standings.
The Ukrainian Women and Junior National team won 6th and 7th place and a total of 5 medals: 2 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze with DRAG bicycles.
The Ukraine women’s national team won another victory with our Drag Bluebird bicycles on the European Road Bike Championship 2010 in Ankara. In Time Trial - Junior Women category Anna Solovey took first place and become a European champion with an achievement of 00:17:42h, more than half a minute better than the second time in the race.

On 4th of July four racers from Drag Racing Team got on the podium of the biggest race in Macedonia. Rosen Kovachev won the gold medal as the fastest racer in the Men Category and Liubomir Todorov got the first place in the veteran category. The other two racers Konstantin Dimov and Nikolai Stoianov won second and third place in the Cadets category. The gold medal went for Bobi Krumov. Martin Markov, who was the fifth racer from the team, got on seventh place only, because of his injury during the practice runs and had to compete with twisted ankle. Despite the injury he made a solid run and finished just five seconds behind the third in his category – Kamen Nedkov.

ViktoriaSultanova started her racing career as a road racer. Since last year she has been racing also in the mountains as a XC racer. She has multiple success in different competitions, but the hard win in Yalta in March this year and the first place in the overall Ukrainian ranking for the year just proved how good she is. On second of May on the World Cup in Hufalise, Belgium, she won the gold medal with Dragomir Black Pearl.

The third race from the Tepe Mini DH series has just ended and the winner in the Glagol (Cadets born 1992-1993) category, where was the highest competition, is now clear – Nikolai Stoyanov. The racer of Drag Racing Team succeeded in getting faster down the hill unlike the main rivals Bobi Krumov (Ram Bikes Team) and Liubomir Nedialkov (SPR Team). On the two final runs Nikolai scored the fastest time and with that he got the first place in the third race from the series and in the overall ranking.
