Rosen Kovachev from Drag Racing Team, with his Dragomir Black Hawk, won the 1-st place in the 3-rd edition of the biggest DH competition in Romania - Drop ‘n’ Roll 2009. His team-mate Nikolay Stoyanov is first in the youth category.

The Ukrainian National Team - Svetlana Galiuk, LesyaKalitovska and Irina Shpilova, finished on fourth place in the 3000m Team Pursuit for the World Cup on the track in Melbourne with time 3:30.156 minutes. The gold medal went for New Zealand Team, in which is the individual category winner – Alison Shank. Time of the team: 3:24.771 minutes. Second is the team of the United Kingdom (3:25.938 minutes) and third –the Australian Team (3:26.869 minutes).

The Ukrainian Team racer Anna Solovei won the bronze medal in the individual pursuit on track category of the World Cup in Moscow for juniors with Drag Bluebird. This is the second achievement of the 17 years-old lady from Lugansk after the gold medal in the individual time trial.
